The contracting parties receive a confirmation from our company immediately after agreement and conclusion, which contains all the details of the transaction (counterparties, currencies, amount, bank details, interest rate).
In addition, the banks involved also confirm the conclusion of the transaction, fixed-term deposit and credit transactions.
RSB Geld- und Wertpapierhandels GmbH is acting exclusively in the name and for the account of third parties. All payments are always made via accounts and deposits of the merged counterparties.
The actual settlement, i.e. the clearing and settlement of all security transactions between the parties involved and RSB, regardless takes place “payment against delivery” via our clearing Bank.
